What is a Maintenance and Support Plan (MSP)?

A Maintenance and Support Plan (previously known as a Subscription Service) is applicable to those customers who have purchased a perpetual license to FoodWorks.

For 12 months from the date of purchase, your Maintenance and Support Plan (MSP) entitles you to:

  • Expert technical support via email and telephone.
  • Updates/upgrades for your FoodWorks edition.

A complimentary MSP is included with your initial purchase. At the end of 12 months, you will be invited to renew your MSP. Should you opt not to renew, you will be able to continue to use the latest version of FoodWorks available within your last MSP period.
