Our FoodWorks software can be downloaded for a fourteen-day free trial which is intended to provide you with the opportunity to establish that the software meets all of your requirements before you purchase it.

Refund Policy

Xyris Software complies with Australian Consumer Law which provides buyers with the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under specified circumstances.

A full refund will be made if our software has a significant problem. Under Australian Law examples of a significant problem include:

  • The problem is such that the purchase would not have been made if the problem was known.
  • If our software proves in some way to be unsafe.
  • If you find the software differs significantly from the trial version or from our description of the product.
  • If our software does not meet any requirements you specified prior to purchase.

If we fail to rectify the problem within a reasonable time you may request a full refund. You need to stop using FoodWorks and uninstall it, as you are no longer an owner of a license.

Please describe the problem and details of your purchase. You are not eligible for a refund simply because you have changed your mind.
