What nutrients are available in AusFoods 2019?

To find the list of nutrients available in AusFoods 2019, in FoodWorks:

1. On the File menu, click Database Properties.
2. Click Food Selections.
3. In the box on the left, click AusFoods 2019.
4. The description for AusFoods 2019 is shown in the box on the right. Scroll down to see the nutrients it contains, which are listed at the end of the description.
