How do I view the nutrients available for a datasource?

To view the nutrients and components that are included in a particular datasource:

1. On the File menu, click Database Properties.
2. Click Food Selections.
3. In the box on the left, click the name of the datasource.

The nutrients available for this datasource are listed in the box on the right, at the end of the description.
