NOTE: To submit a support request you should be a holder of a current Subscription* (or Maintenance and Support Plan) for your FoodWorks license. If you have purchased or upgraded FoodWorks in the last 12 months, you are a current customer. (After that, you need to purchase a new Subscription or MSP each year to remain current.) If you are unsure whether you are a current customer, please contact us.
