To see how an override value affects the values of other nutrients for a document:
- In the open document, click the Nutrients or Overrides tab.
- In the Override column, click the nutrient value in question. (Tip: Any override values that affect other nutrients are shown in bold)
Coloured arrows show the nutrient relationships.
To see which nutrient override values contribute to a selected nutrient result:
- In the Result column, click the nutrient value in question. (Tip: Any nutrient results affected by override values are shown in blue)

Tips
- Blue indicates that this Result value is calculated from other nutrients, including one for which you have provided an override value.
- Bold indicates that this Override value is used in calculating the value(s) for one or more other nutrients.
Notes
- A document tab can be hidden or have a different name depending on the document template used. For example,the Nutrients tab might be called Nutrients & Components; or the Notes tab, Remarks. For more information on document templates, see What is a document template?
