How do I select data in the grid?

To select data in the Foods or Ingredients grid:

• In general, to make a selection:
  Click where you want to begin the selection, then drag to where you want it to end.
  
  
• To clear any selection in the grid:
  Click any cell in the grid.
  
  
• To select a single row:  
  Click the record selector button to the left of the row.
  - OR -
  Point to the row, right-click and click Select, then click Row.
  
  
• To select several rows:
  Click the record selector buttons to the left of the first row to select, then drag to the last row to select.
  
  
• To select a day:
  Click the record selector button to the left of the day name or date.
  - OR -
  Point to the row, right-click and click Select, then click Day.
  
  
• To select a meal:
  Click the record selector button to the left of the meal name.
  - OR -
  Point to the row, right-click and click Select, then click Meal.
  
  
• To select all items in the grid:
  Point to the grid, right-click and click Select, then click All.
