To set the cost per 100g for a Recipe, Sub-Recipe or Raw Material:
- In the open document, click the Nutrients & Components or Overrides tab.
- In the Override column, in the Ingredient Cost field, type the cost per 100g.
- Optionally, type a note in the Notes column.
Tips
- Now when you use this ingredient or recipe in a recipe, the total cost of that final recipe is displayed in the Nutrient & Components or Overrides tab.
Notes
- A document tab can be hidden or have a different name depending on the document template used. For example, the Nutrients & Components tab might be called Nutrients; or the Notes tab, Remarks. For more information on document templates, see What is a document template?
- If the Ingredient Cost field is not showing in the Nutrients & Components or Overrides tab, then on the File menu, click Database Properties, and click the Nutrients & Components tab. Select Ingredient Cost.
